UNIFIED MULTI TECHNOLOGY SWITCHBOARD SYSTEM

A unified switchboard systems is capable of simultaneously interacting with different available voice communications systems to provide PABX features across the systems. The unified switchboard includes networking hardware to provide data communications over a network, a web server to provide a user interface to a user terminal connected to the network, a plurality of VoIP switches, a database and related database application program to store user-specific data and related call data, and a web-service application to obtain call status information from carriers non-VoIP calls.
